Help regarding roles and permissions.

Hi,
I recently upgraded to the latest version 4.8, after turning on to ACL Strict mode. Avatars are not working. 403 errors is being shown.

I wan to know how I can I give permission to users such that they can edit their own information? At the moment I cannot see any permission in role where user can edit his own information

such that
1. email
2. name
3. Avatar
4. Phone number
