I understand the flow of an entity is lead > opportunity > account & contact. firstly if this is wrong then please correct me.
As such when creating a campaign i understand that you create a target list which simply states who with receive the campaign email/mailsort. However my question is with the created leads counter and leads selection area for the campaign... what is the purpose of this area. To me it feels like an oxymoron -> leads create the mailing list in the campaign and the campaign creates leads.
Could someone please clarify.
