Report Running - Cannot Add Field?

I am attempting to run a report. I have an entity (Meetings) with a Many-To-Many relationship with a second entity (Call Notes). When running a report on Call Notes, I want to pull from the Meeting entity, specifically the Start Date. While I have pulled other information from Meetings, I cannot select Start Date. Is there any way to accomplish this? Screen shots attached.

Do Many-To-Many entity fields available in the list? Could you attach Call Notes screenshot from Entity Manager?
