  • Account address in contact

    Hi,
All my contacts needs to have the same address than their accounts.
I wanted to add a foreign field in contacts but I don't have my adress field listed (wich is custom) only address country or city.
    Did I miss something?

    Hello
You can do it with formula or better with workflow

Ok thx I'll look at it but il seems complicated.
Same issue Is this the same solution to add my Account adress to a planned meeting?
Why is there city, country, etc.. but not street? :/
This is the only thing missing

Nevermind I'm stupid everything is ok for workflows I was just doing it wrong your example is ok thanks.
My main problem now is that when I want to plan a meeting I have no options to add the street of my contact to tell my technicians where to go (whitout clicking on the detailed contact)

you can do this in two way
              - with formula (create a text field, set it as concatenation of address fields or create an address field and set all address fields)
              - add field foreign field manually in entityDefs

Yay thx for your answer Tanya, I managed to do it with a workflow.
Last question is pretty the same as my other post here http://forum.espocrm.com/forum/featu...-adress-to-gps
I want to be able to click on the address (or a specific button) on mobile to open the GPS app to navigate to the specific address.
The correct link to have is this : geo:0,0?q=the+address+of+the+company
I've managed to add the geo: in the url.js view so I am now able so generate a working url field without http:// in front.
Is there any way to beautify this field and for exemple transfor it in a button or just replace the displayed url by a custom text? (it seems that formulas don't like html code)
