fsockopen error

Hello!

I have Espo 4.7.2 installed and I've tried this on PHP 5.5, 5.6, 7.0 and 7.1.

When I add a group email account and select test connection, I receive this error: Error 500: cannot connect to host ; error = fsockopen(): unable to connect to ssl://mail.colombiaecotravel.com:993 (Connection timed out) (errno = 0 )

Any ideas?

I had the hosting company support team look into and all the required PHP Scripts are installed.
