Changing lead status when you contact lead trought email

I have a question. Every day I import new leads to EspoCRM trough CSV. It is possible to automate importing leads trought console? I'm creating new file every day.

Second question. I send to every lead an email. It is possible, when I send an email, that status of lead change from new to something else?

It is not implemented, but you can do it.
The main files are application/Espo/Controllers/Import.php, application/Espo/Services/Import.php
If you send an email to the Lead and set this lead as a parent, you can try to change your Lead with workflow. If not, you can create a logic hook and do what you want
