Email attachment types

Is there a restriction on file types that are allowed to be attached to incoming emails? We receive Voicemails via email. They are .wav files. The attachments do not come through to EspoCRM

At first check Inbound Email Settings in Administration, the field Email Max Size (Mb)

Thanks Tanya, I checked. It is set to 10mb. These files are 38kb to 1,5mb. I think it has to do with the to: field. The phone server addresses it to a weird address as opposed to my email address

I have exactly the same problem as Wrvowteras... .wav attachments won't come through... where can I set file types that are allowed as attachments?

there is no such an ability to set file types.
