found it it is in /data/preferences/ ..json user file. How could an image be attached?

The one way I see is set code view in Email Signature field (Preferences) and set image as html.

Yeah. Basically this is what i want. I want have a condition when I want to display phone number in email. If the case is of type question, signature should not include phone number. Otherwise it should.

I think email template will solve the issue. I wanted to ask one more thing, is there anyway I can apply email template by default when the crm user clicks on reply and the Case.type is question. I don't want the crm user to select template rather than the template should be assigned automatically
