How to create leads from emails automatically?

I think it is possible with workflow (but didn't tried yet)
After email created, if it has no Account and Parent, create Entity Lead

With formula set needed values

I've been using EspoCRM for sometime already but i'm still can't figure out some features of EspoCRM.

Is there any way to create Leads automatically from special emails? For example I get order requests from my web site, the emails always have the same subject and fields like contacts and etc.

Can I make any settings to make the EspoCRM create Lead from such email automatically once the email appears in the inbox?

P.s I have the Advanced EspoCRM
