Contact Name has no hyperlink when using ETL

Hi,

I'm trying to populate the contacts table using Pentaho Data Integration however when populated and I list contacts the 'Name' doesn't have a hyperlink for me to click through to the record. Any ideas why?

Did you do any conflict customization with Contact Entity? Also check list layout in Layout Manager. (is link field of name checked)

Hi, I removed all duplicates and then reset to default in layout manager and all is now fine, many thanks for your quick response.
