Hello guys, how are you all? I´m using espocrm about a few months and now I have a question about "CASES". Can a case be create by one client/login portal? Maybe if I have a portal with this option (only login and menu with case option), the client goes to create case, but the client see the other cases from other clients.. They are showing all cases to all users. Can we resolve this with some configurations or I need to develop this rule? Thanks a lot.
