Documentation for: "Opportunity: Ability to change probability values for stages;"

Hi, V4.4 had the above feature added.

I cannot see how to make that change (I have looked at Stage field, Probability field and for script on the Entity). . Can you give me a pointer please or let me know where it is documented?
