Danish letters in outgoing mails

Hi
I have a problem with the danish letters æ,ø and å - as always
I had the problem with incoming mails too. It was solved using mailparse. In the attached you can see how it is now, and how it should be.
Any help would be much appreciated. I don't have the skills to do this ;(

I have the same problem, tried to install MailParse, but not fixed that sending problem.
