regarding Entity

I had created one entity named test and Type = Person. I want to put reminder in that but i cant find type=jsonArray Field. I had also created another entity named test 2 type= event in that i can't find phone number and email field.
please help.
i want to add reminder in test entity with all phone and email field similar to contact.
