regarding date field

I had created date field in columns, i just want month and day how can i make that, i don't want year on that field.
example
currently i am getting 21/02/2017 but i want 21/02 please help

Hi
In any case, in database a date field is saving with year. You can override the view of field OR you have to use varchar field (or 2 fields in case you want to separate days and months)

How can i limit phone number to accept only 10digits, currently user can enter any limit number.
