Open contact via link wit parameters

Hello!

It is possible in EspoCRM to open contact page in browser via link with parameter e.g. telephone number? For example I have VoIP phone software (Softphone) which can open in browser adress with parameters like http://espo-crm-crm-adress.com/contact/$phonenumber.
$phonenumber - incomming caller ID.
