We have been testing the email to case feature and it works great. The case is created perfectly.
However, we haven't been able to automatically link the new cases to the contact that sent the email (already created in contacts) and the corresponding account where the contact works at (already created in accounts).
What we are trying to obtain is a new case (created from email) with the contact and account related.
Is this made with formulas, workflows or related fields?
Sounds simple but we have dedicated long hours trying.
