We are creating a simple workflow. When a case remains 3 days with "Pending" status after the created date, the workflow should send an email to the assigned user.
When adjusting this workflow, we have the following questions:
* Should this workflow be "Scheduled" or "Sequential" at the Trigger Type?
* At the conditions section, how should we set for the 3 days after the created date? (check screenshot). It's a little confusing the plus/minus X days on/after/before the created date.
