Error 500 when accessing a newly created entity

Hello,
I just successfully created a new entity called Lists using the below instructions:

However, when I access Lists through the top navigation, I get Error 500. I also get this error when trying to create and import. It does not allow me to create or import records.

What's going on here?

how do I access the log files in the espo UI? and how do I access apache?
I'm completely new to this.

Not in espo UI. Espo logs are in "ESPO_DIR/data/logs". apache log path depends on OS (ask google ).

Ok, how do I get to "ESPO_DIR/data/logs" ?
for apache- what directory am I looking for? and what kind of error message am I looking for once I find out how to get there?
