I know this feature must be right in front of me and I can't see it, but how do you roll forward calls? That is, take all calls that were scheduled for previous dates and roll them forward to today's date. I used this feature all of the time on my old CRM for when you get behind on calling people (I'm not talking about scheduled appt calls, of course).
How do you roll old calls forward?

Thanks! I tried that before, but didn't realize I could customize the Mass Update fields. I'm always surprised by how flexible this system is.
For anyone who tries this and notices that Mass Update by 'Date Start' isn't there, just go to Administration and in the Layout Manager (Customization Section) select Calls-->Mass Update. Drag Date Start into the enabled area, save, and now you'll be able to roll calls forward using yurikuzn's method.Comment
