A customer of mine receives an 'authorization required' message each time he opens the admin area. Another one is having the same issue. Both are on an 1and1 webspace account where no server side configuration is possible (except for .htaccess changes). Any idea how to solve this redirect issue once and for all?

On the forum, people talk about the problem with 1and1 web-hosting.
Usually you don't have access to change configure files on 1and1 web-hosting, it's why you can't solve this problem.
