    Hi

    I have added the USERS list to the top menu of my CRM. But the problem is that everyone who logs into the CRM can view all the users and their profiles, although only the admin can edit and create. I didn't see an option in the admin to disable it.

    I want to completely restrict the access so only the admin can view the user list.

    Can someone let me know how this can be done?

      Yep.. I checked it. But it doesn't have a option to set roles or restrictions for Users

        If you added it to the top menu - why don't you remove it again? or is there are special purpose to see a list of users? If you assign a user to a record the list is there anyways.

            By the way, better way is to remove this tab from the general tab list and create a custom tab list for Admin (Preferences -> User Interface panel -> Custom Tab List)

              ah... Thank you.. Got it now.. Creating a custom tab list is the solution coz even in the roles i set as NO, the users are able to see it..
