    Mass Email stuck on status Pending

    Mass Email stuck on status Pending. Settings are okay. Test emails are sent.

    Table email_queue_item is not being filled.

    Scheduled Jobs
    Send Mass Emails Send Mass Emails Active */1 * * * *
    Log is empty.

    Optedout total 250+
    Target list total count 33K+

    What to check to get the Campaign mailing started?

    Solved. Temporarily installation SiteUrl differed with a previous installation.

      Hi, i'm new user to espo crm, i m french and i don't speak very well english(im sorry), i have configured ma account mail on espo, the test is good but i haven t email in the inbox , i dont anderstand why. Someone can help me please

        Hi. Did you configure crontab? Administration->Scheduled Jobs - there you can find the string you have to add to crontab

          Hi tanya, i do that , when i test mail is ok, when i sent mail is ok but nothing in the inbox !!!

            Test email is sent immediately, without cron.
            If email is sent with a record in Campaign Log, check spam folder
