error 501

Hello everyone,

I would like to start by saying that I really like this software. It will work great for what we need.
It is simple yet elegant. with the features we want,

But, I'm having an issue with an error 501.
I've searched the forum and didn't see anything related.
I have version 4.2.7. every time i try to make a change in administration (change theme, add tab) i get error 501.
Can someone shed some light on this?

it can be related with bad permission to the folder "data". Could you check espocrm.log?
