Hi,

It is possible to send an email under the requests and automatically linked to that request?

Example,

Open Request, Send email under request and the parent in the email will be the number of the request. I can do that under the client/account but i cant under requests.

Also can we show under the details the email with that account? i only see the account name.

Hi


There is an ability to make the system automatically send emails to requestors with matching properties. This feature can be enabled in Administration panel. You should also select Email Template that will be used. Images of a matching property will be attached in email.

But what i want is to do this.

When you send an email from the request page that email will have the relation of that request .

That happens under the account page. if you click on the email of that account automatically create the relation with that account.
