    Email Access based on User Roles or Permissions

    I'm confused by how personal email accounts work. I currently have just one personal email account setup for testing. I have roles setup for employees and they have access to personal email but it's setup for emails they own. But other users seem to be able to go to "emails" and be able to view some of the emails that are coming to my test personal email account. So I'm kind of confused at how the personal emails work. I'd like to be able to restrict some of the emails that others see from personal accounts (if possible). If not possible...no worries. I just know some employees will balk at knowing that their emails will be readily available. Thanks.

    Hi Chris,

    Users can see emails if their email address is either in FROM, TO or CC. Users are able to see emails that have been fetched by their personal account.

    Can you check whether Role has been applied to users. Administration > Users > Open needed user > Access button.
