New field type to link to Folder

Hi,

Is it possible to create a new field type that links to a folder on a computer. For example file:///c:/customers/johnsmith/. Ive tried using the field type url but it always adds 'http://' to the link so it doesnt work properly.

I have managed to get this sorted by editing url.js under the Espo\client\src\views\fields folder removing the line that adds 'http://' to the url. All file:// links work perfectly.

I would also like to see this, but in addition to the URL field.
