Mass E-Mail Not Sent

Hi,

We've set up mass emails following your documentation: https://github.com/espocrm/documenta.../mass-email.md

However, mass emails remain "Pending" and wouldn't be sent - see screenshot.

Some things we checked:

• Cronjobs seem to be fine, assuming that mass emails are triggered by the "Check Group Email Accounts" cron - see screenshot.
• "Sent Test" successfully sent the e-mail.
• SMTP settings seem to be just fine.
• No errors in data/log either.

Any idea?

Sending mass emails is not triggered by check group emails but by send mass emails. You may create a new job by clicking 'create scheduled jobs' at the top right corner of the jobs screen
