Many accounts related to custom entity

Hi.

Is it possible to have many Accounts related to custom entity?
EG. I have entity "car", and car have two owners (two accounts).

Create Many-to-many relationship with Link Multiple checkbox.

It's not available in list view.Make for the sake of performance. It can be done with some customization.
