Combined stream of all users for Admin

For Tasks you can do it with Reports from Advanced Pack.

For Stream it's not supported.

I wonder if it is possible to display the stream of all users for all users in a dashlet.

Basically I want all users to be able to Stream Dashlet actions taken by other users. Is it possible? Because by default I can track only my own actions in stream dashlet, and it is not really useful to me.

I want to be able to do the same thing with Tasks - I want to be able to see the tasks of all users from Task Dashlet.
