Hi,
I created a portal and can access it easily at DOMAIN_NAME.com/portal/?id=xxxxxxxxxx . But I want to access it at a custom URL like DOMAIN_NAME.com/support . However, when I set it so using "Customer URL" option in the Portal settings page, I get 404 error for the new custom url. Is this an issue with .htaccess ?
