Make custom entity information appear in stream

I created a custom entity and this entity has it's own stream. This custom entity is linked to contacts (linkMultiple) and account (link); however I would like to know how I can make the creation/completion of this custom entity appear in the stream of the contacts/account that it might be linked to.

would you please say it with more details?
I don't know what I need to do with:
application/Espo/Resources/metadata/entityDefs/Note.json
and
custom/Espo/Custom/Resources/metadata/entityDefs/Note.json
