What is the ETA on Web-to-Lead forms?

Just want to now if I should wait it out, or if I have to arrange for a temporary solution if the ETA is unknown. Web-to-Lead is an important feature for any company with a website

Not prioritized. We consider that it's more proper way to use API to send data from form to crm rather than sending via POST request as usually web-to-lead solutions does.

We going to create manual and lead-capture entryPoint first.

Do you have some good Framework (JS, auto-complete, responsive) to build a Web-to-lead form easily ?
I did it with Google form but... google form doesn't handle attachments :-(

I didn't use any. If your website is based on some CMS there must be something to build forms.
