Case status is Assigned instead of New

    Case status is Assigned instead of New

    We have changed Case Distribution to None for a group email account but the cases are still being created with case status of Assigned instead of New which was the main reason to ask for this feature so that we know which cases are new and have not been assigned.

    Will be fixed in the today's hotfix release.
