Real Estate Matching Property proposal via email with attached .pdf

I have installed Real Estate module and wish to make proposes of properties in such way:

I wish to add "Propose" to drop-down menu (where "View", "Create opportunity" and "Not interested" are are located) in Request view.

When I click this "Propose" entry I wish the following occur:
1. Generate .pdf file from Property record with all images attached to it
2. Attach it to email template
3. Send e-mail to contact which is linked to current request
4. Mark matching property as "Proposed"

What steps do I need to perform to get such a functionality?
