Emails sent to leads in an external account are not archived and do not show up in the sent emails folder in Espo...
I've looked at the logs and there are no entries and the personal (external) email account is working fine and I can select the sent items folder to monitor within Espo...
Maybe Espo only archives emails sent to contacts as it's only showing sent item emails in the Espo email client if the email is sent to a contact and not a lead...
It does however archive emails sent from leads that arrive in the inbox...
I'm scratching my head with this one - am I missing something obvious or does Espo not archive emails sent to leads?
