Multiple Calendars

Hi,
I have to say Espo is awesome! I'm going to use it for my agency work but have few questions.

1. Is there a way to have multiple calendars? Something like booking calendar, you add new property (realestate) and it gets a calendar.

2. In advanced pack - google calendar integration, can one calendar be bound to one realestate, so property request could search available dates and ignore booked dates?

3. In advanced pack - invoices, can invoicing work to calculate the "in advance" amount, used for booking business? ie:
xxx property price: 1000 USD (100 USD / per night)
xxx property quantity: 10 USD (01.01.2016 - 10.01.2016)
------------------------------------------------
xxx property total: 10.000 USD (10 nights)
------------------------------------------------
xxx property advance: 2000 USD (20%)
