Suggestion: Stop polling bad IMAP accounts (Email accounts)

When for any reason IMAP account has expired password or inactive mailbox, it will fetch thousand times a day until someone will see it in logs, and find which mailbox, then deactivates it.

Maybe, after X days it should auto-deactivate?

For information, the system creates an in-app notification for the user if their personal email account stopped working. For group email accounts, it notifies admin users.

I have/had multiple users ignoring this issue, flooding logs and db with failed jobs, thanks for reply!
