Delete all account data

When I do an import from a csv file, how can I do the import and remove the previous data?
Or, how can I delete all the data in the Accounts or leads?

You can do it via PHP script or Advanced Pack.
PHP script through find & remove. Advanced Pack by creating report and then remove it in workflow.
