    New Opportunity Field Created but Not Visible

    Hi,

    I'm new to EspoCRM and currently testing its customization features.

    I created a new field under Administration → Entity Manager → Opportunity → Fields, and the field was saved successfully. However, it doesn't appear when I open or edit an Opportunity record.

    Am I missing an additional step, such as adding the field to the layout or clearing the cache? Is there anything else that needs to be done after creating a custom field?

    Hi,

    You need to add it to the Detail layout. When you create a field, the link to the layouts is shown in the alert at the top of the screen. You can edit layouts under Administration > Entity Manager > {Entity Type} > Layouts.
