    Incoming Email not routed to Group Folder

    I have spent several hours today with Gemini and Claude to figure this out. The three of us agree that this is not a normal behaviour.

    I have two emails that I want to manage in the same CRM instance. I have set up a group email folder and I am assigned as user to the team and to the folder. When I send an email through an external email client, it appears in the All folder, but it does not show up in the group folder. I have also defined a filter that is supposed to move it to the folder, but that is not happening either.

    I believe this to be a bug. There is something not working as expected. I would greatly appreciate, if you could look into that. I have the latest version installed.

    Does it also appear in the Sent folder? It looks that the email was sent from the email address that is the current user's email address. Hence, it's not in the Group Folder but in the Sent folder (for the current user only).
