add a new field

I'm new to EspoCRM. Testing it for the first time.
I add a new field to Opportunity in Administration - Entity Manager - Opportunity - Fields, but it doesn't show. What am I missing?

After you created a new field, you need to add it to the Detail layout (and optionally to other layouts). An alert notification shown after a field creation at the top suggests doing it.
