Unable to identify the cause of email error

Hi,

I am getting this error in the log frequently and i unable to identify what is causing this problem:

ERROR: (400) Field validation failure; entityType: Email, field: name, type: required.; POST /Email; line: 54, file: /home/crmemast/public_html/emascrm/application/Espo/Core/Exceptions/BadRequest.php [] []

Please help.

Hi,

I don't know why it's logged as an error. It should be a notice. The cause if this error is the Name (subject) field not filled in when an email is created.

Setting `printTrace' => true,` temporary can be useful. It will print more details that can be helpful to find out the root cause. https://docs.espocrm.com/administration/log/

yuri , thank you for the response. I will do that and see what it produces.The odd part i could not identify the email that caused it.
