I’m facing an issue with automatic case creation from incoming emails.
I have two email addresses configured in EspoCRM that automatically generate Cases from incoming messages. The problem occurs when a single email is sent with both of these addresses included in the TO field. In this situation, EspoCRM creates two separate Cases for the same email.
Is there a way to prevent duplicate Case creation in this scenario and ensure that only one Case is created when the same email is received by multiple monitored addresses?
Any advice or best practices for handling this would be greatly appreciated.
