    Mass email to different clients with same email address sends only one message

    I am using EspoCRM for a few months and it seems a real help for organising informations in company Thanks to the creators of this software.


    When sending newsletters I can not solve a specific issue. I have different clients that represent more than 1 company. They provide the same email address for all of those companies. I created email templates with placeholders like {account.name}. I created target lists and added all those companies. When sending mass emails, it should send personalised messages like this:

    Company 1 should receive the email that includes the name "Company 1"
    Company 2 should receive the email that includes the name "Company 2"
    Company 3 should receive the email that includes the name "Company 3"
    Etc.


    But the system sends only one email:
    Company 1 receives the email that includes the name "Company 1"

    The other companies does not receive emails.



    How can we fix this?

    Hi,

    It's how it works by design. If I'm not mistaken, it's a common practice for mass email services to not to send to the same email address more than once.
