    Email help

    Hi.
    Although the field Sender is correct, the email sent with a Group Email Account keeps having espocrm in the From field.
    Here is the email received: "Received: from espocrm..."
    I have added the From name in the Group email setting, but with no luck.
    Do you have any suggestions to get rid of this From and using ours?

    Have you checked the Outbound Email (SMTP) configuration settings?
    Sometimes the SMTP “From name" defined overrides the Group Email Account settings, which can cause emails to appear as sent from espocrm instead of your configured sender.
