    Mass Mailing Feature Not Working — Does It Work in the Latest Version?

    Hello, Team
    I’m having an issue with the Mass Mailing feature — it simply doesn’t work on my instance. Emails are not being sent, and there are no errors in the logs that would indicate what’s going wrong.
    Before I continue debugging on my side, I’d like to ask a quick question:
    Is the Mass Mailing feature fully functional in the latest version of the software?
    If so, are there any known limitations, configuration steps, or prerequisites that may have changed recently?
    Any guidance or confirmation would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Grzegorz,

    It's supposed to be fully functional as it has been tested before the release. And we have already used it internally on v9.3.0.

      Yes yes,
      I just found information on the forum that you need to configure a group mailbox. I'm currently testing it.

        It works!
        For this to work properly, you must configure "Group Email Accounts" and select "Is for Mass Email."

          The system email account is used by default (usually it's configured). This checkbox needed to be able to use other group email accounts.

            ok, I don't know. Until I set up this group mailbox, I had an error with mass mailing and messages wouldn't go out. Now everything works fine.
