I've been exploring EspoCRM for a while now to manage customer data more efficiently. I’m particularly interested in how everyone is handling the bridge between their front-end "lead capture" and the CRM's back-end.
Currently, I’m working with Funnelsflex to test out different funnel design layouts. My goal is to see how we can push lead data into EspoCRM via API without losing the tracking details that are crucial for conversion analysis.
Are most of you using the built-in web-to-lead forms, or are you using third-party tools and connecting them through the API? I’d love to hear some best practices for keeping the data flow clean.
