Issue displaying Contacts in other entities (Regular Users)

I have an issue with how the Contact entity is displayed when the contact’s role is shown next to the contact name.

This happens for regular users. I tried granting all necessary permissions via Teams and Roles for the users, but it didn’t help.

Specifically:

Contacts do not appear in the Contacts list when there is a link to an Account.

In the Account record, the Contacts bottom panel list also does not show the contacts asociated to Accounts.

Do you have any solution or recommendation for this issue?

I found the solution.

The issue was caused by an incorrect property in the field definition metadata (JSON). The custom enum field contained the following property:

"optionsReference": "Account.contactRole"
