We have customers who send emails to us using reply email address such as "noreply@company.com" or "donotreply@company.com" to group email accounts. On receipt of such emails and also other normal emails, our crm system creates a case and sends an acknowledgement-reply email with a case number. The acknowledgement emails are getting bounced. How do i prevent sending acknowledgement emails for such email address?
